    • YES! Dairy-based yogurt from cow, sheep, goat would be about the same – but ‘plant-based’ yogurt like almond, soy, oat, etc are not the same protein content or fatty acids (but if you can’t do dairy, then they can still be generally healthy if you avoid the sugar)
