Leaky Gut Regimen

I’ve written and talked a lot about “Leaky Gut” – aka “impaired gut integrity” leading to “metabolic endotoxemia” and eventually to virtually every Auto-Immune System disease including:

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS); Fibromyalgia; post-COVID Syndrome; Celiac disease (and gluten-sensitivity); Hashimoto’s thyroiditis; Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis); Multiple sclerosis; Rheumatoid arthritis; Sjögren syndrome; Systemic lupus erythematosus (lupus); Type I Diabetes – and many more “average” ailments from brain fog to trouble losing weight.

Luckily, “solving leaky gut” is actually a pretty simple fix for most people…with my Gut Repair Protocol…(all products listed below have been formulated by me and are available from Amare.com)…

1. MentaSync twice daily – 2 capsules in AM and 2 PM (to improve gut integrity)

2. Digestive – 2 capsules at each meal and 2 right before bed (8 capsules per day) for 15 days (they will need 2 bottles to do this) – to improve gut “environment”

3. An ounce of apple cider vinegar first thing every morning (or a splash of lemon juice and pinch of salt in an 8-16oz glass of water) – to slightly acidify the GI tract, which is conducive to the growth of “good” bacteria and inhospitable to the growth of “bad” bacteria

4. 2 VitaGBX with breakfast and 2 OmMega right before bed – to provide the right essential nutrients for tissue repair and rebuilding

5. Superfood – one scoop either added to their Happy Juice or taken at another point in the day (or both) – to soothe gut inflammation and increase heat shock proteins and autophagy that accelerate gut repair 

The overall objective is to reset the environment of the gut to a slightly acidic one (to encourage the growth of good bacteria and and mucous production) while also tightening up the cellular junctions (reducing leaky gut).

This overall regimen takes about 1-2 weeks to exert noticeable benefits – and as long as one month if the individual has a greater amount of microbiome dysbiosis and gut damage – but because the gut lining is a rapidly growing tissue, it can also be repaired relatively quickly (and even faster/better if the individual will also reduce the amount of processed food they are eating and consume more “whole” foods such as fresh fruits and veggies.
