Mental Fitness is my 14th book – it covers the new science of the Microbiome and both the Gut-Brain-Axis and Heart-Brain-Axis. The general idea of the book is that we can use natural lifestyle approaches (diet, exercise, sleep, supplements, mindset, nature, breathing, and so many others) to improve how we feel mentally and perform physically.
