CMWC Weekly Webinar Posted – and Registration Closing Sunday

Dr. Shawn Talbott (Ph.D., CNS, LDN, FACSM, FACN, FAIS) has gone from triathlon struggler to gut-brain guru! With a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry, he's on a mission to boost everyday human performance through the power of natural solutions and the gut-brain axis.

The Certified Mental Wellness Coach (CMWC) course is open for registration for another couple of days (until Sunday night on Sept 10).

In this CMWC Weekly Webinar (for Certified Mental Wellness Coaches) from Sept 6, we talked about new studies on how the mental wellness epidemic is getting even worse – especially among GenZ – but also how “produce prescriptions” (to help people access and consume more fruits/veggies) can help improve mood and improve metabolic parameters (blood pressure, blood sugar, and obesity) – as well or better than prescription drugs in many cases.

This will be one of the last open-enrollments for the CMWC in 2023 (we will have one more at the beginning of November) – and then we hope to be making some changes to the enrollment process in 2024 (which may require a slight increase in tuition from the current $500 to approximately $600 to cover the costs of some of the features we are trying to add).
