Updated Bio & CV

Dr. Shawn Talbott (Ph.D., CNS, LDN, FACSM, FACN, FAIS) has gone from triathlon struggler to gut-brain guru! With a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry, he's on a mission to boost everyday human performance through the power of natural solutions and the gut-brain axis.

I had to submit an updated Bio and CV (“curriculum vitae” – the academic fancy-pants way of saying “resume”) for my semi-annual recertification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and re-licensure as a “Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist” (LDN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

So…posting here for anyone who wants to know the minutiae of my scientific training and professional experience – and maybe give readers some insight into why I write about the things that I write about on this blog?
