So…eat more of the foods from my Mental Wellness Diet, including those listed below that I talked about with my friends at Fresh Living (click HERE to watch)…

Fiber – whole grains, green leafy, oatmeal, beans, artichokes, Prebiotics…

Fat – salmon, trout, sardines, anchovies, olive oil, nuts, seeds…

Fermented Foods – yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, Probiotics

Phytonutrients – especially flavonoids/polyphenols (dark chocolate, apples, grapes, pomegranates) and spices such as ginger, turmeric, saffron, oregano, rosemary, clove, basil
