  • I would love to here a bit more about your thoughts on the KETO craze. My understanding is that it was originally developed to treat epilepsy. I can’t understand how most people could even function with such a low carbohydrate plan. I know it’s trendy, so I’m sure there will be something to replace it soon. But, what do you see as the greatest risks with adapting this plan?
