GBX Smoothies (add all ingredients to blender – blend – enjoy!)

  • Feel free to experiment with your own recipes!
  • Use 2 scoops of GBX SeedFiber and/or GBX Protein – according to taste preferences.
  • Time saving tip = add all the ingredients in each recipe (except milk/liquids) to a freezer safe ziploc bag – and freeze – to make a ready to blend smoothie pack.

 

Kombucha Berry Cooler

  • 1 C Frozen Cherries
  • ½ C Berry Kombucha (or probiotic liquid of choice)
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein (Vanilla)
  • Optional: 2 tsp Chia Seeds

Green Mint Fizz

  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Asian Pear
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • ½ C Kefir Water
  • ½ C Ice Cubes
  • ¼ tsp Ginger (powder)
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Mint
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein (Vanilla)
  • Optional: 2 tsp Chia Seeds

Matcha Mousse

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ Avocado
  • ¾ C Cashew Milk
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 3 Soaked Dates
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein (Vanilla)

Green Apple Glow

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 C (packed) Kale
  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ C Kefir water
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein (Vanilla)

Creative Carrot Cake

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ¼ C Rolled Oats
  • ⅛ C Coconut Flakes
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ C Cashew Milk
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber
  • 2 scoops GBX Protein (Vanilla)

Blueberry Delight Bowl

  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ c Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • ¼ cup Almond milk
  • ¼ canned light coconut milk
  • 2 Tbs Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 2 scoops GBX SeedFiber

Chocolate Berry Delight

  • 1 Frozen banana
