  • Hello Doc Talbot. I was a big fan of your wickedfastsportsnutrition recoverEase. I was into trail running at the time and it was a huge help in recovery from runs. When the product line first transferred to the new company they seemed to be the exact same product and I continued to use it. Unfortunately I stopped running for the past 6 years (various reasons) and I’m now starting to get back into it. My training is sufficient that I feel I could benefit from recoverEase again. Is the current product still the same high quality product you sold? What is the best source for getting it. I see it in various places and it makes me leery of old product getting resold. LifeVantage does not seem to have it on their website.

  • Hey Michael – it’s great to hear from a former Recover-Ease user and fan of Wicked Fast! It was great to make that sale a few years ago to LifeVantage, but after they sold thru our existing inventory, they killed off the product, that’s life.
In the meantime, I formulated a range of even more comprehensive products for Amare Global (www.Amare.com) – they’re focused on improving “mental wellness” but they also deliver a range of “physical performance” benefits. I use a combination of the Fundamentals (gut-brain-axis) and Relief+ (anti-inflammatory) as my new regimen to enhance post-exercise recovery. It seems to be working, as I’m off to compete in the 70.3 (half-Ironman) World Championships in South Africa next week!
I would say that with Amare products, I’m able to get higher levels of mental/physical performance with lower inputs of training? I travel extensively, and with minimal training, I’m hitting personal bests across swimming, biking, and running – including several recent age-group trail-running podiums. Check them out at http://www.Amare.com
