Atlanta Radio Interview About Biochemical Balance

Dr. Shawn Talbott (Ph.D., CNS, LDN, FACSM, FACN, FAIS) has gone from triathlon struggler to gut-brain guru! With a Ph.D. in Nutritional Biochemistry, he's on a mission to boost everyday human performance through the power of natural solutions and the gut-brain axis.

Here is a short (<10min) radio interview that I did last week with a station in Atlanta.

We talked about how “biochemical imbalances” are really at the root of most of our 21st century health complaints – and how restoring biochemical balance can make all the difference in achieving abundant energy, good mood, elevated performance, youthful sex drive, and lasting weight maintenance.

Give it a listen and stay tuned for more information about how you can restore your own biochemical balance and become the best possible version of yourself.

Thanks for reading (and listening),

Shawn
